I. Introduction and Scope
1021 Creative, Inc., a California corporation ("1021 Creative," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), respects privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our public website located at www.1021creative.com and other webpages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Site").
The Site is primarily a business-to-business promotional and informational website. It allows visitors to learn about our business, contact us about potential business opportunities, manage cookie preferences, and view or access job listings. The Site does not provide consumer accounts, ecommerce transactions, subscription services, software-as-a-service functionality, media broadcasting, or paid online products.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, including through contact forms, website analytics and cookie technologies, and careers/job application workflows that are linked from the Site. It does not apply to information collected through websites, services, or platforms that we do not operate, except where this Privacy Policy expressly describes how we use information received from service providers acting on our behalf.
II. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Through the Contact Form
When you choose to contact us through the Site, we may collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, company or organization, role or title, general geographic location, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you, evaluate potential business opportunities, maintain business records, and operate and improve our business.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited information about your device and use of the Site. This may include your IP address or approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, and information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, or similar technologies. We use this information to operate and secure the Site, understand how visitors use the Site, improve content and performance, detect and prevent fraud or misuse, and support analytics and cookie preference management.
C. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files placed on your browser or device that help websites operate, remember preferences, understand usage, and support analytics or other functions. We use Cookiebot (or a similar consent management tool) to present cookie choices and manage cookie preferences where required. You can manage cookies through the cookie preference tool available on the Site and through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function as intended.
We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics for measurement and analytics purposes only. We do not enable Google Signals, User-ID, ads personalization, Google Ads remarketing, or similar advertising features through Google Analytics. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, contact-form message content, résumés, or similar directly identifying information to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may collect information such as device, browser, usage, cookie, and approximate location information.
D. Job Applicant and Careers Information
The Site may include job listings or links to job application pages. When you apply for a job, your application may be submitted through the third-party recruiting platform called Greenhouse. All on-line job applications that are submitted through our Site are hosted entirely by Greenhouse. Depending on the position and application process, application information may include your name, contact details, résumé or CV, employment history, education, professional qualifications, portfolio or work samples, references, immigration or work authorization information, demographic information where voluntarily provided or legally required, interview notes, and other information that you choose to provide or that is generated during the recruiting process.
We use applicant information to evaluate applications, communicate with candidates, conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, conduct reference or background checks where applicable and lawful, comply with legal obligations, maintain recruiting records, and improve our hiring process.
We may use Greenhouse and monday.com to manage recruiting, candidate, or prospect workflows. TrustHR conducts reference and background checks (where applicable and allowed by law). These platforms process information as service providers or processors acting on our behalf, subject to their contractual obligations and applicable data protection terms.
E. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect Through the General Site
The general Site is not designed to collect payment card information, consumer account credentials, subscription history, purchase history, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information unrelated to a contact inquiry or job application. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the contact form unless it is necessary for your inquiry.
Job applicants should provide application materials only through the designated recruiting process and should avoid submitting sensitive information that is not requested or relevant to the application.
III. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
- to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- to respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective business customers, partners, vendors, and other contacts;
- to evaluate and manage business opportunities and customer or prospect relationships;

- to support business transactions such as a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets; and
- for other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent where required.
We do not use personal information collected through the general Site to provide consumer accounts, process ecommerce purchases, manage subscriptions, or operate online software services.
IV. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

- Parties involved in a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly disclose contact-form submissions or job-application materials to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
V. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
The Site may link to third-party websites or platforms, including job application pages hosted by Greenhouse or other recruiting vendors. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms that are not operated by us. Where a third-party platform processes information on our behalf, we use contractual and operational measures designed to require appropriate protection of personal information. You should review any privacy notices provided by third-party platforms when you interact with them.
VI. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate our business. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the context in which it was collected, and applicable legal or business requirements.
Contact-form and business inquiry records may be retained for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, evaluate business opportunities, and comply with legal obligations. Applicant information may be retained for the duration of the recruiting process and for a reasonable period afterward, including as needed for legal, reporting, audit, equal employment opportunity, immigration, recordkeeping, or future recruiting purposes, where permitted by law.
VII. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. However, no website, system, transmission, or electronic storage method is completely secure. You should use care when deciding what information to submit through the Site or by email.
VIII. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
A. Opt-Out and Cookie Management
Depending on where you live and how we process your information, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of personal information, and to object to or opt out of certain processing. B. Online Tracking and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals, but there is no uniform industry standard for responding to them. We currently respond to recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law and technically feasible. These signals may affect cookies or technologies used for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, but may not disable strictly necessary cookies.

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies only to certain businesses that meet statutory applicability thresholds. Based on our current operations, we do not believe that 1021 Creative is subject to those laws. Nevertheless, we provide the following information to describe our privacy practices for California residents and other visitors.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or lawful transfer mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (or equivalent mechanisms), and related contractual, technical, and organizational measures.
E. Retention
We retain personal information as described in Section VI. The specific retention period depends on the type of information, the context in which it was collected, the purposes of processing, applicable legal requirements, and our legitimate business needs.
F. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information; correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information; deletion of personal information; restriction of processing; portability of personal information; and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
